proudly announces its official sponsors for the 17th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards®. North American sponsors include Buchanan's Scotch Whisky (spirits), Bulova (timepiece), Colgate® Optic White® (oral care), L'Oréal Paris (cosmetics), Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (host city), McDonald's (quick service restaurant), Nissan (automotive), Verizon (telecommunications), and Walmart (retailer). In Latin America, Mastercard (payment services) is a regional sponsor and Santander (banking) serves as an official sponsor in Mexico. The 17th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards will broadcast live from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Thursday, Nov. 17 , from 8–11 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central) on Univision .

Returning for a third year, Buchanan's Scotch Whisky celebrates the greatness in Latin music through the recently launched campaign "Es Nuestro Momento" with a home base during Latin GRAMMY® Week featuring "Casa Buchanan's," a speakeasy-style lounge for celebrities, media and invited guests, where Best New Artist nominees will be honored with a private cocktail reception. Additionally, Buchanan's will gift Latin GRAMMY presenters, performers, and VIPs in the Backstage Talent Gift Lounge as well as provide celebratory specialty cocktails backstage during the Latin GRAMMY Awards to all of the night's winners. Patrons will be able to celebrate and enjoy Buchanan's Scotch Whisky during the 2016 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year tribute gala, the 17th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards and the Official Latin GRAMMY After-Party where invitees will be able to partake in tastings of this premium and iconic smooth-blend Whisky.
First-time sponsor Bulova, will contribute to the festivities with a unique ceremony for Best New Artist nominees during the red carpet of the Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year gala. During the ceremony, Bulova will add to its "History Of Firsts" campaign by gifting the Best New Artist nominees a special-edition Bulova watch in celebration of their first nomination. In addition, Bulova will gift a special-edition watch at the Official Backstage Talent Gift Lounge to the 17th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards presenters and performers.
As a second-time sponsor, Colgate® Optic White® will continue their partnership with The Latin Recording Academy after sponsoring the Latin GRAMMY Acoustic Sessions installment in Los Angeles in September. Colgate Optic White will give fans a smile with a unique opportunity to fly to Las Vegas and enjoy the Latin GRAMMY Awards front and center.
A total beauty-care brand dedicated to empowering women by offering the most luxurious and innovative products and inspiring red carpet moments, L'Oréal Paris, returns for the fifth year as the official cosmetics sponsor of the 17th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards. As the premium beauty brand available at mass, L’Oréal Paris will be providing curated cosmetic kits to VIP makeup artists to be used at both the Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year gala and Latin GRAMMY Awards. In addition, they will also activate a special makeup station at the Official Backstage Talent Gift Lounge where presenters and performers will receive the latest in L'Oréal Paris’ luxurious products.
For the ninth year, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority returns as the official host city sponsor, sponsoring star-studded events, including the Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year gala, the 17th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards and the Official Latin GRAMMY After-Party.
For the fourth year in a row, McDonald's is committed to celebrating Hispanic culture and heritage through its support of the Latin music industry and up-and- coming talent. As part of its All Day Breakfast campaign, McDonald's continues the Road To The Latin GRAMMYs™ momentum as sponsor of this year's three-city Latin GRAMMY Acoustic Sessions tour, Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year gala, Latin GRAMMY Awards, and the Official Latin GRAMMY After-Party. The brand’s footprint at the event includes an exciting photo activation that will offer Latin GRAMMY guests the opportunity to take home photo keepsakes from the Biggest Night in Latin Music®.
As the official automotive sponsor for the second year, Nissan will give guests arriving to the Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year gala a first-hand glimpse of one of their vehicles. They will also engage consumers across their social platforms with several sweepstakes opportunities that encourage consumers to use the hashtag #TuMusicaDomina for a chance to win a VIP experience at the 17th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards.
Verizon returns once again as a sponsor of the Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year gala, Latin GRAMMY Awards and the Official Latin GRAMMY After-Party. During Latin GRAMMY Week, Verizon will host a special VIP Lounge in Las Vegas, where the stars will be able to enjoy themselves through different bespoke activities. In addition, Verizon will host a Stop Motion station on the official Latin GRAMMY red carpet to help capture the best celebrity arrivals to the Biggest Night in Latin Music.
This year, Walmart brings MAS NAVIDAD to Las Vegas during Latin GRAMMY week with the activation of the ultimate Toyland to celebrate Christmas. Walmart will bring the gift of delight to a school in Las Vegas, where students will be surprised with a live music session by a Latin GRAMMY nominee. The artist and Walmart will later invite them to be a part of a once-in-a-lifetime experience by joining the artist on Despierta America and the Latin GRAMMY Red Carpet. Fifty students will be invited to be a part of the branded Walmart Fan Bleacher on the Latin GRAMMY Red Carpet the night of the Awards.
As a sponsor in Latin America, Mastercard will continue its alliance with The Latin Recording Academy after partnering earlier this year in Mexico for a Latin GRAMMY Acoustic Sessions installment. As Mastercard has evolved into a global Financial Services leader in music, The Latin GRAMMY Awards gives the brand the opportunity to strengthen the relationship with its cardholders by connecting them to their passion for music across the region.
For the first year, Santander will be part of the Latin GRAMMY Awards as an official sponsor in Mexico.
